Dr. Chunyan Wu is currently a full-professor in School of Microelectronics, Hefei University of Technology. She received the Bachelor’s degree (1999) and Master’s degree (2003) in chemical technology from Hefei University of Technology and the Ph. D. degree (2006) in inorganic chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China. And she worked as a visiting scholar in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2015. She focuses on the research of high-performance nano-optoelectronic devices and power devices, hosting 5 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province. Till now, she has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers as the first or the corresponding author in high impact journals such as IEEE Electron Dev. Lett., IEEE Trans. Electron Devices, Appl. Phys. Lett. and held 15 Chinese invention patents authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). Dr. Wu also serves as the reviewer for many technique journals.
