Yi,Maoxiang, Professor, PhD, Senior Member of IEEE. He received his Bachelor degree in semiconductor physics and devices, Master degree in microelectronics technology and PhD degree in computer application technology all from Hefei University of Technology in 1986, 1989 and 2010, respectively. He conducted technical exchange at IBR Company in Switzerland in 2001 and visiting research at University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 2002. He mainly He is engaged in teaching, scientific research and technical development for integrated Circuits (IC) testing and reliability and computer application technology. He has taken charge of research projects, such as general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), research and developing project of Anhui Province, key natural science research project in provincial universities and provincial-level teaching and research project, etc.He has participated in one major scientific research instrument project, three general projects and one key project (cooperation) of the NSFC.He has published more than 50 academic papers in journals or academic conferences, including more than 30 papers indexed by SCI and EI, and more than 20 papers as the first author. He has taken charge of or participated in many R&D work of technology or product, with rich engineering experience in computer application and electronics system software and hardware design and development.
