Xie,Guangjun, Professor, IEEE Senior Member, Expert on Special Allowances from the State Council Government, member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Electronic Information Majors in Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education from 2018 to 2022. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in semiconductor devices and microelectronics technology in 1992 and 1995 respectively. From 1999 to 2002, he studied for a doctor's degree in signal and information processing at the University of Science and Technology of China and obtained a doctor's degree in engineering. From 2003 to 2005, he was engaged in post doctoral research at the quantum information Key Laboratory of the University of Science and Technology of China. From June to August 2007, he was a senior visiting scholar of IMEC, and from 2012 to 2013, he was a senior visiting scholar of ASIC State Key Laboratory of Fudan University. His research directions include Nano devices and circuits, Integrated circuit design, Quantum information processing. He hosted over 10 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Major Special Projects, and Anhui Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, published over 120 academic papers in professional journals and conferences, authorized over 20 invention patents.
