Tian He is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Microelectronics and School of Integrated Circuits at Tsinghua University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hefei University of Technology in 2010 and a doctor of engineering degree from Tsinghua University in 2015. He has done visiting research in the University of Southern California, Yale University and Lawrence National Laboratory of the University of California, Berkeley. His main research direction is new graphene electronic devices. He has won the IEEE Institute of Electronic Devices PhD Scholarship in 2013, the Ministry of Education Doctoral Academic Newcomer Award, Tsinghua University's Academic Rookie. In 2020, he was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholars.
