Huang Qing'an, currently a professor at Southeast University. He obtained a bachelor's degree from Hefei University of Technology in 1983, a master's degree from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 1987, and a doctoral degree from Southeast University in 1991. In 2003, he was supported by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and in 2015, he was elected as an IEEE Fellow. Professor Huang has long been committed to research in the fields of microsensors, wireless sensing microsystems, MEMS/NEMS theory, technology, and applications. Formerly served as an expert of the National 12th Five Year Plan 863 Micro Nano Manufacturing Technology Theme Expert Group, an expert of the National 15th Five Year Plan 863 MEMS Major Special Overall Team, a member of the 13th Information Science Department Expert Evaluation Group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a member of the 7th Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. He is an expert in the preparation of the key special guide for the Manufacturing Basic Technology and Key Components of the National Key R&D Plan.
